PARTY IN THE PINES
Canceled for 2020
Prescott, Arizona: Prescott Area Young Professionals today announced the cancellation of Party in the Pines 2020, previously scheduled for June 6th 2020.
The decision to cancel our event was not easy. We had hoped that this annual event could be one of the first gatherings of the community post Covid-19 “stay at home” orders. However, after considering that Party in the Pines draws 2,000 plus attendees, and many are from out of the area, we feel the most responsible action for our community is to postpone the event until 2021. This event is made possible by generous contributions from our local business community. We understand that our current situation is financially impacting many of these businesses. We want to respect their need to focus on their business, employees, and customers. We will take advantage of the additional planning time to ensure the 10th event is bigger, better, and safer than ever!

Over the coming months, PAYP will focus our efforts on volunteering at local organizations and events. We look forward to contributing to the rebuilding and revitalizing of our community!
